About Harper

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • General Color: Gray/Silver/Salt & Pepper with White
  • Housetrained: Yes

Harper is a happy wiggly girl who loves people. Her breed mix is a guess, but she is absolutely adorable with her scruffy terrier hair and stub tail. Harper came to us when a local vet reached out for help. Harper had been dropped off for euthanasia as her owner was terminally ill and family members were unable to take Harper. The vet took Harper into her care because she could not euthanize such a sweet, lovely, and healthy dog. Harper weighs about 65 pounds and is estimated to be 5-6 years old. She enjoys the company of dogs and has a playmate at the ranch, but may be too bossy to share a home with another dog. She has training and does well in class. Harper did show anxiety when left home alone, so will need a family that has the time to spend with her to help her settle into a new home. Wherever there are people is where Harper wants to be.
